Dr. Richard Rushforth (United States)
Dr. Rushforth has over a decade of experience using data science to inform sustainability and resilience solutions for public and private sector organizations. His work has focused on understanding our impact on the environment through trade using water and carbon footprint analyses. He is an expert at conducting greenhouse gas inventories and has developed training curriculum for organizations like the World Bank and Deloitte. He has developed real-time anomaly detection algorithms using IoT sensors. His work has been funded by NSF, USAID, USGS, DOE, DOD, and IARPA, among other organizations.
